In order to maintain a high quality network for both OmegaNeT Hosted Clients, OmegaNeT Managed Clients, and Internet Users, OmegaNeT monitors all network activity and does not accept any Client whose Web site(s) or online activity does not comply with OmegaNeT Legal Policies, Internet User's Privacy Policy, and  Client Service Agreements. Clients of OmegaNeT must agree to all terms of their applicable Service Agreements,  including not to:

1. Mislead others
2. Operate or utilize a Web site or email link to Web sites that contain or promote any of these types of content: libelous, defamatory, obscene, pornographic, abusive, violent, bigoted, hate-oriented, illegal, cracking, hacking or warez, or the offer any illegal good or service, or link to a Web site(s) that do so and/or
3. Engage in spamming, indiscriminate advertising or unsolicited commercial email
4. Engage in cyber-squatting or typo-squatting
