How to Access WebMail
~ for Access to your OmegaNeT Hosted email ~

Using Microsoft Outlook Web Access or WebMail, you can work with email and folders that are on the server just as you would with emails and folders in Outlook XP.

Your computer has the appropriate access software when you install Internet Explorer v5 or higher.

The simplest way to connect to your WebMail is to:

1. Open Internet Explorer
    
2. Browse to your website...
   Add ":81" to your website address, for instance
          http://www.company.com:81     
     
3. You will be prompted for credentials in one of the following formats:
   
   
     for "Name" use your email address Firstname.Lastname@company.com
     *** don't use "Remember my password" on public computers. ***
   
   
     - for "Name" use the portion before the @ in your email address Firstname.Lastname@company.com
      - always use "corp" for the domain
     *** don't use "Save this password" on public computers. ***
   
   
     - for "Name" use "CORP\" & the portion before the @ in your email address Firstname.Lastname@company.com
   
    
4. If your password is out of date, you should be prompted to change your password, or go
   
5. You now have a standard folder view of your website...
